Massage Therapy (RMT)

Registered Massage Therapists are trained, certified medical professionals that are regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. They use various hands-on techniques with different degrees of pressure and movement to manipulate the soft tissues in your body including muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments) in order to reduce muscle tension, relieve your pain and optimize your quality of life.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Physiotherapists get you involved in your own recovery. Our physiotherapists are healthcare experts who are university trained and have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy, movement and pathology.
